Business needs better customer service. Owner commonly argues with customers, however promptly issues full refunds. No waiting area. Clearly takes longer than needed for routine jobs. With better customer service and organization this business could improve.
Blue Phoenix is an OUTSTANDING establishment and SHUN is the definition of professional!! His combination of techical expertise quick turn around time makes him the best in the land in my opinion. I go to no one else but him.

Rude, unprofessional & no waiting area at all. I tried to give him a chance but he frequently lied about when he would have my job done and it’s still not completed. Do not do business I wouldn’t recommend him at all.
The owner Shawn is outstanding at his job and he really provides excellent customer service. If you need any upgrades to your vehicle I would call him first.
