Ken Haraughty has been the best . After we lost our homeowners insurance in California after weeks of trying to find a new company I landed on Blackwell Insurance Agency and I now have a person that answers the phone and is patient with me as at 81 dealing with all of these new policy issues is quite challenging. I was referred to Blackwell by a friend of mine. Ken was able to help me out a lot! Esurance decided to drop California after I had been with them probably 20 years. My insurance policy was about to go up over $800 per year because I was on a really good rate. I looked around and I couldn’t find anything lower. Thankfully I called up Blackwell and Ken was able to hook me up with a very reasonable policy and i only went up $400 per year. I am very happy that he was able to get me the best deal available.
