Tommy is the best. He comes out promptly, communicates well, and is honest with you about whether or not it’s worth fixing your appliance. We wouldn’t use anyone else!
Highly recommend! We have used Tommy’s help to service multiple different appliances, and each time I have been impressed. He is timely and responsive, fair and direct, and extremely knowledgable. He does not quit until the job is done, and he does not try to charge you for an expensive fix if it makes more sense to replace. If you have an appliance issue, Tommy is the person to call.
We called Tommy out to assess our GE fridge. I had been given his information from an acquaintance who has used him in the past and were very happy.
He came out on time and was able to assess the situation rapidly. Unfortunately for us the cost of the part was not worth the repair for an old fridge.
We found the experience with Bishop repair to be good and would use him again. Glad to have his information.

He came out on a Saturday to give a free estimate, which was already pretty great. Then he was nice and knowledgeable and was able to tell us right away what the problem was. He gave an honest opinion about the wisdom of fixing versus replacing (including honest opinion of the particular washer that came with the house, including how long they usually last, how old ours is, how much the repair would be versus how much a new one would cost). He was very understanding that sometimes, people just can’t afford a new one even when it would be cheaper in the long run than repairs. Then when we decided replacing was the best bet, he chatted with us for a few minutes, answering our questions about what brands are currently good or should be avoided. We’ll definitely call him again when something breaks!
