Wayne was our salesman and we appreciated the fact that he was cordial and polite. We never felt under pressure or pushed to make a decision. He gave us time alone so that we could talk privately. Don, the document guy, was just as pleasant. Our first experience with Billy Ray Taylor and should we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely check there FIRST!
My experience with this dealership and especially KC Pickett was outstanding. They had the vehicle pulled up to the front and cleaned and waiting on me. One thing about this dealership that’s different than others they actually are down to earth people and not just trying to make a sell. They work with you and don’t try to keep beating around the bush. The interaction for awhile felt like I was just buying from an individual and at their house instead of at a dealership. I recommend stopping by here to check out what they have and working with KC if you’re looking at buying! Also if the other sales reps are anything like KC which I’m sure they are you can’t go wrong with any of them!
Great car buying experience especially with KC Pickett. Gave me the best price for my trade in. Very friendly staff. They let me stress and complain about the economy we live in and how the price I wanted my monthly payment to be was unrealistic but they were still able to get me a great deal.
After shopping around a while and at the point to stop looking for a while went to check out the inventory found what I wanted and the process was very easy. Great trade offer. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a car, truck or SUV.
