19 edge 74,00 miles shifts hard at low speed, took it in in December was told it needed a software update. I was advised not to use my extended warranty because if it didn’t fix it the warranty Co. Would deny any other option. Paid $220 out of pocket for a software update. Back in March (same issue) was told that it needed to learn my driving habits.paid $74 for that visit. Now my edge now this week boiled white smoke from the exhaust and shut down. Calling the warranty company tomorrow. Bill Jackson Ford service center has failed me!! DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!! I was warned but ignored people who warned me about their bad experience at Bill Jackson Ford service center.
