Thanks to Ben Hedden for a job well done. Not easy selling a house nearly 100 years old, vacant for some time, and in need of repairs. He found buyers and although we faced numerous issues he persevered in his endeavors. Always mindful to keep me informed and advise me of what we needed to do to complete the sale. He is a true expert in his field and was able to help me find deals, run numbers, recommend great neighborhoods, and even provided a video walk through while doing our due diligence. Ben also allowed me to leverage his extensive network of lenders, insurance agents, inspectors, and contractors to ensure I developed the best team possible.
