Julie Kochie is very unprofessional. I was working with another agent but witnessed her true personality for the job she works. She portrays in front of you like she cares so much but in reality, she is talking about her clients behind their backs. Why would you put someone like that in management? If you go through this company, ask for Kim award. Everything was smooth sailing with my home purchase with her but I refuse to let anyone be talked about by Julie. This company needs to do better with who they choose to do management.
Julie is fantastic! She sold our home in NE HSV in record time..(ONE DAY! to be exact). Word of mouth spread fast and she got (and sold) three more listings on my street alone. She was also there for us (day and night) when we bought our dream home in Hampton Cove. The entire team at BHGRE is extremely knowledgeable and they treat their clients like family. I highly recommend Julie and her amazing staff!
Kim worked super super hard and long with us. She has the buyer’s best interest in mind. Wasn’t afraid to tell us what we needed to hear sometimes, and will work HARD to get you into a home. She always made herself available and bent over backwards for us. Her group of contacts from inspectors to mortgages and more will help you out and have you in mind. No gimmicks or money schemes with them.
