This hotel is very visually appealing with beautiful flowers, lots of shady spots to sit, and a gorgeous mountain backdrop from the pool. The pool was great, we went early in the morning because it’s busy pretty much the whole day. The hotel is super close to the downtown area which is close enough for many to walk to. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of options, and you can take your food to sit outside. Everyone who worked there was friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in the bathtub, which didn’t make it feel as clean as it first appeared. Also, while we really appreciated the upgrade to a pool view room, we wish we had been informed how loud it is in that location every night until the pool closes at 10:30pm, with loud music and a lot of people. After that, they power wash the pool deck and move furniture around, which was all pretty loud from our room. At breakfast, we overheard other guests talking about how loud the club/bar was from their rooms until 2am.
We especially enjoyed the breakfast experience and the beautiful atmosphere but aren’t sure we would stay again because of the party atmosphere and the cockroach.
This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The check in was quick and easy and the room was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was wonderful, again one of the best we’ve had at hotels.The hotel is also as close as it could be to downtown Palm Springs, so it was convenient going out to eat at night and shopping during the day.
My favorite part of the hotel was the gorgeous patio/pool/bar. The pool was gorgeous and well kept. The bartender, Jiovanni, was wonderful. He was so kind and attentive and made our experience so much better.
The only negative thing I could say about the hotel is about it proximity to bars and clubs and how it could get loud at night. However, we did not have any noise issues when we were trying to sleep even though we were facing the street with the clubs, so I can’t even say the noise was a negative thing.
It is obvious the place is managed well. It is literally like an oasis in the desert. If you need a hotel in Palm Springs I would look no further!
Wonderful! Super comfortable beds, I like that they didn’t have carpet on the floor. The pool has its own bar, a bar inside lobby, and a super cold AC ! The parking was good enough for a truck.
Across from small mom n pop local restaurants. The a small supermarket walking distance. The breakfast was good , hot and cold items.
I will definitely be coming back !

Breakfast is very nice. You can eat inside the pretty breakfast room or outside on the poolside patio.

Quick Checkin with all necessary infos given. Pool is warm with 86°F (30°C). The gym equipment could be a bit broader bit what do you expect in a hotel gym. There are only some cardio machines, threadmills, bikes and one single dumbell rack. The breakfast buffet is nice with nearly all foods you desire.
