  1. Location was convenient- right off of I-65. So super easy to jump back on the interstate for traveling. It was pricey for the quality of hotel, in our opinion. The holiday in next door did have lower night rate however did not allow dogs. We were happy to find this hotel as a quick stop to our destination. The breakfast in the lobby was packed but the staff worked effortlessly to keep it stocked. All you could ask for was there for breakfast. We were pleased.

  2. We arrived around 530pm. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. We went up to our room and the air was off. My husband called the desk and was told that was their policy just give it 30 minutes. We went to eat supper and came back. It was after 10pm before it was comfortable. It was 90+degrees outside. All else was perfectly fine. It’s a shame to give one star but not called for to at least have air on low in rooms reserved ahead of time.

  3. The customer service with this hotel is really the only exceptional thing I can say about it. I had the worst sleep of my life here and I only slept here for one night. The bed was really hard and lumpy. I woke up with a kink in my back that caused me problems the rest of my trip. The people above me woke up at 5 am and it sounded like the were pacing the room for 4 hours. It’s not that it sounded like they had heavy feet. It sounded like the floor was going to cave in. The doors are not well sealed. So light comes through around the entire thing and you can hear every detail of every person’s conversations as they walk past your door. The TV channels sucked and the remote didn’t work. I was too tired to deal with it. The salt water pool was a nice touch, but really small for the amount of people who use it. The view of the sunset was nice and you couldn’t hear the interstate. The breakfast was nothing special, but did the job. The water pressure and the temperature was pretty good. The rooms are dated, but not dirty.

  4. The customer service was top tier!!! Connie at the receptionist desk was fantastic! We were in a bit of a pickle since we were traveling, and she understood completely. She was willing to work with us and overall, she was just awesome! If we are ever back in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

  5. I wish I could write this 0 stars! This was the worst hotel experience of my life. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted by a plethora of potholes that could swallow a small car. If that wasn’t bad enough, I saw bedbugs crawling around the lot. Absolutely disgusting!

To top it all off, I witnessed people kissing their cousins right there in public. How is this acceptable in any civilized establishment? This place is a nightmare. Avoid it at all costs!

And to add insult to injury, my car broke down after we left, probably because of those potholes filled with cigarettes and dogwater.
