1. Marlo’s an excellent Realtor who worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with our home purchase. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. She was extremely helpful with negotiating to ensure we were satisfied and overall made the home buying process easy. She took the time to explain all the steps of the home buying process. 2. My daughter-in-law, Sarah, first contacted Geneva Marie about one of her listings. Then, our adventure, with Geneva leading the way, began in earnest. We were searching for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home at an affordable price, in a good neighborhood and close to my son’s work.

   In less than a week, we found the home that fit the bill, and with Geneva’ expert advice and guidance, made two offers on the house, the last of which was accepted by the seller, who, it turns out was just as anxious to sell as we were to buy. 3. We found Rico Palma while searching for our first home. He guided us in every step from beginning of the process until after closing. He is very responsive in communication and answers all questions we have as first time home buyers and new to the area. We got our first dream home because of his help.
