I ordered an open box laptop because it was on sale online, a nation-wide sale, mind you. The price was low but not in error. This store canceled my online purchase and then put it back in stock at a higher price. I wish we had a micro-center or fry’s electronics instead of this place.
One star — only because there’s nothing less.
Called on June 20: held for FORTY-TWO MINUTES (on my office phone). In the meantime, I called the same number on my cell phone — and held for TWENTY-THREE MINUTES. No one ever picked up on my office line — it finally just disconnected. Someone finally answered on my cell line. Was transferred to 3-4 people, only to find that the refrigerator that was supposed to have been delivered 2-3 weeks earlier had never been ordered! What a great way of doing business.
Absolute WORST cell phone shopping experience of my life!!!! Spent the last two nights in this store attempting to upgrade my phone. I could have gotten better customer service in the cafeteria line at the jail!!!! Waited for over 30 minutes for someone to even speak to us. Many employees came up to ogle at how sweet our baby was but none offered assistance. One employee (who was wandering aimlessly through the store) even asked how we were doing tonight and we told him that we were waiting for some assistance and he said “oh okay” and walked away. HOW RUDE!!! We left after sitting there for another hour while the guy tried to figure out how to do his job. Wow.
Very unfortunate to see how the customers are treated after a purchase. My family bought a brand new washer and dryer with extended warranty and when it broke nobody wanted to help. When she called about the original problem they said it was normal to sound that way and ended detroying it. To watch them struggle with two family members with cancer and she has her own health issues and has to run to the laundry mat daily makes my heart sad. I wouldn’t even leave a star if I could comment without. Very sad
