  1. The Geek Squad folks are very nice. This store usually has a lot of items in stock, but I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it was very difficult to find a store associate that could help us. Maybe they were low staffed? I’m not sure, but I went on a Monday morning.

  2. I ordered online for in-store pickup this time because the store and staff seem to not care about presentation. Also lacking in courteous approachability or having a knowledge on the availability of products stocked. I’ve just had a few too many, bad walk-in experiences at this location regarding service. But my online purchase was smooth and the female Best buy rep was very sweet.

  3. Bought open box tv. It said it included everything as it was in good condition. It was supposed to have only minor physical blemishes, and screen works like new. It’s supposed to have a remote and stand. No box. I drive an hour to pick and get the wrong stand/feet and wrong remote. Drive back since there is no way to directly call a Best Buy store anymore. I tried twice to only get a runaround after about 40 minutes on the phone with a global customer line, so I couldn’t resolve it over the phone. Spent about over an hour there to see if they can find the missing items to no avail. Scheduled a pick for a few days later. Just terrible. They should have confirmed the condition of the tv before posting.

  4. Good luck. Endless runaround when it comes to trade-ins: “email the trade-in team”, “take it to the store”, “email the trade-in team”, and so on for eternity. Been trying to get someone – anyone – to help me complete a trade-in since March and the folks at this store seem determined to eitiher avoid answering my questions or to give the same robotic non-responses for eternity. On a good day I get indifference, on a bad day I get outright rudeness. I’d have been better off trading my device in at a flea market.
