  1. Super disappointed in the service here. Schedule an appliance delivery for today a month ago. They can’t give you a delivery window until basically day of delivery so I had to clear my entire day to make sure I would be there. Then this morning they just cancel the delivery and don’t give me any reason why. I talk to support they can’t give me a reason and just tell me I have to reschedule. So now I have to clear an Entirely different day. It is not easy to just clear an entire day. I am losing money by having to miss work… terrible customer service.

    I understand things come up but it is first thing in the morning. You’re telling me they can’t come up with a solution and still get it delivered today?

    It sounds like to they just over scheduled delivered today and decided to just cancel mine. Beyond mad about this.

    They reached out to “make it right” rescheduled my delivery for Saturday. Well guess what today I get a message that it was been rescheduled for another whole other week now!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never do business with Best Buy again. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

  2. My husband and I are in our 70’s. When we walked in Vest Buy in Tuscaloosa needing advise. We were clearly ignored. We were totally ignored by a young lady near the TV antennas.
    When I started toward 3 guys that were talking, they quickly went their ways as I approached them. Finally I got one of them to help me. He was clearly bored answering our questions. We bought around $300.00 worth. This same guy was in such a hurry to get away he failed to give us our receipt. Some day in the “near” future our generation will be gone. In the meantime please be patient with our lack of knowledge of iPhones and all the wonderful inventions of our day. We appreciate our younger folk and their enthusiasm for iPhones and games and etc but are concerned that they lack the ability to really communicate and spell words w/0 a phone or computer. Just saying.

  3. They helped my daughter with her iPhone issue. They were really nice and compassionate to her needs. We had to travel 1hr and 15min to get there due to construction, but it was near closing time, we left with smiles on our faces. Thanks, Best Buy!

  4. I have been waiting over three weeks for a check to be delivered, for a return I made at this Best Buy location. And it seems that the check was never mailed out. At this point I have basically been scammed out of my money. This is unacceptable.
