Well I wanted to buy an AC unit but when I walked in it’s like I was being ignored. I couldn’t get nobody to help me. After walking around the store for 15 min looking for the ac units someone finally asked me if I needed help. The ac units were in the center of store in a clearance section. I won’t be going back to this store.
I bought a 65 inch tv, a mounting kit and paid 250$ for delivery and installation. The installation was scheduled for a week ago. The day of the appt, I was called to say they were short handed and reschedule for another week. Today they were supposed to deliver and install. No show AND No call. Very poor customer service and support
Update; I was promised a manager would call me this morning and work something out. Not only has no one called me, but no one has rescheduled to deliver the TV. I’m wondering, if poor customer service goes all the way up to the top leaders in the company
I rated this location with a 3 because customer service was low. The item I needed was out of stock ( I can’t blame the employees on that one), but I still left with another item I needed. I’m used to better service at other Best Buy locations.
Best Buy in Trussville, Alabama has such friendly and helpful employees. I had to return a tv. They unloaded that one, helped me find the best one for me, then loaded my new one. Easy process!
Stood waiting for help for 15 minutes, even asked the car audio guy to get someone and he was rude, and no one came over. Watched 4 salesmen stand at the door laughing and having a good ole time on their phones while I tried to spend some money. Went to Walmart and got what I needed instead, and I hate Walmart.
