Movie selection limited these days. I like the tangibility of a disc and download code. Tv selection and prices good. Nice employees in the store were helpful. The display of fitness trackers was lacking a display for Garmin. So had to go look somewhere else. Store clean. Checkout was quick.
Two weeks ago I decided to fix my Beats Pro and it turns out that they had not sent them for repair and now I have to wait 2 more weeks. That’s nonsense because they are still very good at taking the 40 dollars of warranty and because they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I am very upset no recommendation
The Geek Squad was inept, apathetic & unhelpful. I purchased a new MacBook & bought their top tier service package under the guise that they would transfer my data from my old MacBook with ease. Led by Ricky, the team displayed no ingenuity or interest in attempting to troubleshoot the issues that arose. The manager was kind—but I would not recommend this store or the Geek Squad department.
Was told that my order would be available for pickup on August 11 (today) just got off the phone with Best Buy now they are saying it will be here August 14 waisted the whole day waiting on them… update it did not get to the Montgomery store on the 14 like I was told on Sunday so now it’s Thursday the 15th and I just canceled my order I’m done with Best Buy online and will never enter one of their stores again
Came in there to purchase speakers & camera, but there was 0 help. I asked for someone to come and help me, but no one came, so I left being that I do have 4 kids and the buggies aren’t suitable for kids. Totally disappointed because best buy always had great services, but has completely gone down.
