1. Tigertown location has disappointing customer service standards and the prices are way too high compared to anywhere else. The front desk associates ignore you and carry on their own conversations with the Geek Squad. Today the girl at the desk to the left of the customer service desk was rude and cut me off when I had a simple question, “Where is the customer pickup” because there were no signs like it says to look for in the email. Before I got 2 words out, she rudely cut me off and said “She’ll get you right there” about the girl on the phone. When I finished my sentence she said it again. It would’ve taken less energy to just say “You’re there” or “You’re at it” but if you’re on a break and don’t want customers bothering you then you shouldn’t be sitting in the front. Easy enough.

   Also it’s annoying for google reviewers to leave feedback on their experiences at this store and for the response to be “use a social networking site to tell us” when it should just be addressed in the first place. I recommend shopping elsewhere unless you’re desperate.

2. I’ve worked retail since I was 20 years old and I’m fully aware of how sales work and I respect it ,however I understand what compassion is also … you can tell when someone wants to actually helps Vs someone that literally don’t give *** . Yes a few of the associates did try to help and then I asked for a manager (he suggested something helpful ) … I never shop in best buy anyway simply bc I don’t fully trust the associates opinions or suggestions (anything to make a sale basically) . I was desperate and needed a phone but now I see the actual sale is important than actually helping I will not shop particularly at this location.

3. Went to purchase handsfree earbud for phone talk. Associate kept trying to sell me headphones. With no mic. No clue and nothing in stock. Ordered a Poly/Plantronics from Amazon. Had it the next day. BB life is short.

4. Bought dashcam and installed myself (in less than 45 minutes), after this, Bestbuy set up a bogus installation appointment at a store over an hour away. Requested a contact to verify the installation appointment. Said they don’t take calls, so wasted 2+ hours going to a non-existent appointment. Can’t believe how much Bestbuy has declined in serving their customers.

5. I wanted to repair my laptop, but they didn’t help me because I didn’t make an appointment in advance. Crazy situation
