If I could give the store in Mobile ZERO stars, I would. I went in the Mobile store this morning to buy a complete Stereo system. As I entered the store, the “greeter” directed me to the correct area and indicated there were a couple of guys that could assist. When I got to the audio area, there was no one around and I began looking at the components. A young guy shortly came into the same area pushing a large box on a dolly. I watched him for a moment, not sure if he could assist or if maybe he was doing something else. As he started opening the box 2 men approached and the young man jumped up and asked how he could assist them.
I kid you not. I’m standing right there and I’m completely ignored.
So when I return to the front and ask again for assistance the greeter calls someone from another area who knows NOTHING ABOUT AUDIO equipment.
Needless to say, I left and will find another way to purchase a complete home audio system.

Legit living room setup from Best Buy I spent $2,250ish for 3 50 inch Screens and a Lenovo Legion. The pioneer 50 inch tvs were $200 a pop that’s insane!
Very personable manager helped find and explain product I was looking for; however it didn’t work with my device so I had to return it. Had to locate a sales person to help find the correct device on my return visit which took longer than I expected. But salesperson was helpful when found.
HORRIBLE MANAGER !!
I went to this Best Buy on 08/27/2024 to buy two laptops, one for myself and the other one for my wife. After browsing the laptops on display, we had some questions so I let the young manager (the guy with the curly hair) know that I need assistance. After that we waited 30 more minutes and no one came to assist us. During this time, I saw the same manager assisting other customers who came after me.
Frustrated we decided to leave. On my way out I saw the manager, leaning against a large tv and chatting with another person.
I find this behavior unacceptable and I think he behaved like this because I am a person of color and my wife wears a hijab.
I went to this Best Buy so many times but I am not going there again.
Wouldn’t keep up with its sales off of one of my apps. It showed $24.99 for an air fryer they had. The manager said they weren’t a part of Best Buy, i said you have the name outside. He wanted $29.99. Total him he could keep it. I wasn’t trying to cheat anyone. I drove a good distance to get it and disappointed. I was thinking about putting this on Facebook so they could read.
