I strongly recommend Ainsley Runels as an agent for anyone interested in either purchasing or selling real estate in the Greater Tennessee Valley. From our first professional meeting (where she visited my house to make preparations to list the property), Ainsley was extremely professional, diligent, and very easy to work with given the complex nature of my situation. She took care of all arrangements to have my home staged while it was listed as “Coming Soon” on Valley MLS, and this allowed it to generate immediate interest once the property was “live on the market”. Ainsley was very honest throughout the entire sale process, and recommended only repair items that she felt were necessary to successfully complete the transaction. When all was said and done, I left the closing feeling as if I had gotten the best possible price for my home.
In addition to hiring Ainsley to sell my previous home, I also hired her to help me purchase a new residence. Ainsley went out of her way to help me select a new place to live, and even went as far as making arrangements for me to rent a temporary condo, as my new home was still under construction at the time of our first closing. As work on my new residence was being completed, she sent me frequent updates and photographs during the final phase of construction, and provided invaluable guidance during the final walk through and closing processes.
Ainsley will go out of her way to make a real estate transaction seamless for either the buyer or the seller, and will help with small tasks that you would not normally expect from an agent (such as taking care of your pets while you are out of town, and helping you move boxes out of a storage unit). She will also be a great friend and resource on real estate matters well after your transaction has taken place. I highly recommend that you contact Ainsley for your next real estate transaction!
