Margret is very unprofessional! She claims to be in management for 30+ years but she doesn’t have any manners or respect for anyone. She doesn’t deserve the power she has. She laughed in the faces of people that did the best they could. When they pointed out things that were to be taken care of by the property owners or leasing agency she said there were no reports even if they had been reported what the leasee says doesn’t matter, and the only opinion that matters was the employee whom she reported to. The repairmen never came into the house so how would they know the condition of the unit that needed to be fixed. When asked to look at it she said it didn’t matter and would change the subject. She is flat out rude and should be replaced. If Berkshire Hathaway or Cooper and Co whatever it is wants to keep the professional look about them they’d rid her. It would do the company and leasees a lot of good!
