I took my mother in for hearing aids and her hearing exam and everything went well the lady, Shay, whom dealt with was very sweet, understanding , and very kind to my mom. All in all, very impressive!!! She was very professional yet very patient and kind working with my mom to help her to learn how to best use her hearing aids to make them work the most for her. No sales pitch or pressure done. Shay was very helpful in helping my mom get new hearing aids that would work the best for her needs.
Everyone is very nice, I didn’t have a long wait before being seen. Hearing test results were explained in terms I could understand. They didn’t push the most expensive product and all products were explained as to what they could and couldn’t do. I would definitely recommend them.
I am 100% satisfied with Beltone, from the time I walked in the door until I left. Shay is professional, very kind, friendly and made me feel at ease. I would definitely refer someone to Beltone.
