I found my dream wedding dress here last November! We originally went in to look because we didnât have an appointment but all the dresses were so pretty. I went back by myself a week later and found the one! It was on black Friday so I got a great deal!! My dress and cathedral veil were beautiful and I received so many compliments!! Bella Ragazza came through!! I had a terrible problem with another store and I had no dress 6 weeks before my daughters Quince. I went to Bella Ragazza and they were able to get my daughter the dress of her dreams! It came just in time. They literally drove it up to me the day of. Iâm so impressed with their customer service. My daughter is having a Sweet 16 and wanted a quinceañera-style dress. We had been to countless stores but had a specific color and vision in her mind we found that Navy dresses are hard to come by. We saw a post on their Instagram of an incredibly beautiful dress! We were hopeful this one would be my daughterâs dream dress, so we decided to drive an hour to try it on. Unfortunately, I didnât check in advance, and we found that they were closed on Mondays. I called them to confirm their hours, and when I explained our situation, the owners went out of their way to open the store so my daughter could try it on. It was her dream dress, and we were able to purchase it that day. The shop had a beautiful selection of dresses, and the customer service was top-notch â she made my daughter feel like the princess she is and the dress had pockets! I highly recommend checking out this business. They deserve more than I can give thru a google review.
I donât even want to put one start to this business. They did horrible job on the girls dresses for quinceañera, the alterations were made horrible it looks like I got the dress n sew it my self. They werenât supposed to charge me extra for the alterations but they did. I had to get someone else fix those dresses because they didnât do their job right. I call them to let them know how horrible they did in the dress n asking for my money back. But they deny everything. My first and last time going here the quality of the dresses are terrible. Donât go there first check the reviews before going to one of this places.
We had the best experience they really helped. We didnât have much time and everything came in a timely manner. The customer service was amazing. The dress was perfect. They had several selections of crowns they made you feel confident in your purchase. I recommend 100%.
