I just moved to the area and it was my first time at a Belkās. It seemed like the departments were well organized, but they had a giant sale going onā¦ whoaā¦ racks everywhere crammed with items. It was crowded and confusing, so I just stuck to what I could find fairly quickly. Fortunately there were many choices in a variety of sizes.
I was able to find several things to try on and didnāt have to wait too long to use the fitting room. It looked like servicing them wasnāt a priority, as the rooms were filled with discarded clothing.
There had been a long line of shoppers when I arrived, but the counter was staffed well and they were moving folks along very efficiently. The clerk I had was very friendly and gave me information about the $ Iād save if I opened an account. I am usually not a pushover, but she was really friendly and not pushy, so I am now a proud owner of a Belkās credit card š
I like this store because they always have brand name clothes at a 50 or 60% discount, I loved the clothes in this store

The lady at makeup counter was busy busy. But, she maintained.
And handled each of our needs with professionalism. Unfortunately, I had an appt. @ 2pm. She ask me to come back. She doesnt leave till 5pm. That made me feel appreciated.

While shopping at Belk the day beforeThanksgiving, I dropped my wallet in the rest room. I called after the holiday and they said they had my wallet. It was returned to me and they refused any reward. Very nice staff.
The saleswoman doing checkouts downstairs was really nice, she even apologized for my wait time to pay for my items. This store has a ton of great deals, you just have to look in the right spots. Iām happy with their ācustomer satisfactionā professionals.
