Staff always friendly. I have not had to wait more than 15 minutes. Dr Kalmes is excellent
I am a patient of Dr. Telles and Dr. Kasturi, but today I used the SPOC Urgent Care after I was injured at the Dallas/Fort Worth airport while traveling home. I was efficiently processed, had neck and elbow X-rays done, and then saw Dr. Kalmes. He was kind, reassuring, thorough, and an excellent communicator with patients. I cannot express enough what a terrific experience this was. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the medical support team was terrific. Bravo to SPOC Urgent Care!
