While prices is low at this hotel, room and public area conditions are horrendous, the elevator is out of service (seems to be on going thing) the public stairwell you have to use has taped up carpeting. The room conditions is decent at best, TV chest has seen better days, only above average are the bathroom which was really clean, soap dispenser was missing though replaced with tiniest bottle of bath soap. Book with caution!
Front desk staff who are more fluent in Farsi than English seemed to have chips on their shoulders. Very rude. Asking them to speak louder and slower was deemed as me yelling. After staying 2 nights, I paid for an additional 2 nights stay. I was called and threatened with police if I didnāt submit a $50 security deposit asap of which I had forgotten is separate. Called staff member back to reassure him that I was on my way to submit the security deposit 10 or so times but no answer. Many boundaries were crossed here by the staff.
I had to cancel a very important appointment elsewhere & pay a fee as a result I then drove to the hotel. When I arrived there to remit the $50 that was so urgent, the staff member had gone to lunch. I was asked to wait for him. The other employee behind the desk could not process my security deposit payment. I had another appointment and had to go. The threats kept coming via my son who was the room guest despite the fact that I drove there immediately after my phone conversation with this threatening staff member.
I made another trip down there from my next appointment and remitted the $50. I also told this young man he didnāt belong in customer service because he was a lousy communicator & a worse listener. Youāll probably feel right at home if youāre from India.
Donāt waste your time. Lots of drug activity outside. The breakfast is a joke.
Found a cockroach in the bathroom.
I have stayed here twice now, both timesā¦ i stayed in a king bed room downstairs It was beautiful clean room and in a good area. They serve breakfast and its complimentary of course, but i have gotten help when asked. I was able to have my dog there. The only thing i didnt like is they are loud at night but cheap value, and We loved it. Super cool people tbh.
Stayed one night hereā¦ was able to check an hr early. This place needs a good cleaning. Older furniture and the chairs have stains on them. Customer service and communication lacks big time. Everyone had a crappy attitude and the person on the phone lied to me about them having a working jacuzzi or i would have stayed elsewhere. Breakfast was a joke to(ornage and cranberry juice machine dispensed room temperatureš®). Giving 2 stars. Only reason for that was they had no bugs or I would give a 1 star.
It was difficult to pull customer service out of the staff. They ended breakfast early every day and did not care about anyone. Nobody from housekeeping came ever. We had to beg for clean towels and a few times had to beg for our breakfast. The elevator was always broken, the buttons in the elvator donāt work well. Be careful if coming with your family, you donāt want to get stuck in there. Poor and cheap place, owners do not care for customer service or cleanliness. NOT WORTH IT. Breakfast was always dollar store items. Yuck! Be careful, thereās a guy that stays outside all day and night and doesnāt sleep.
