1. I’m going to start of with the good
   No Bugs No roaches so you can eat in peace
   Front desk worker are semi cool and fair
   They Ac works
   The floor in the room are some what remodeled and updated.
   They did give us soap.
   The room are fairly clean but not filthy
   The Bad- this place is literally a whole in the wall literally and it’s over priced and the walk in is about 70 something dollars which is to much being the condition but again they do not have Any Bugs so maybe that’s why.
   The tubs were disgusting
   The towel are disgusting
   The outside appearance of the hotel just give broke and homeless like people sock and shoes are in the walk way like they live here and just a mess.
   One roll of tissue in the bathroom not two
   The Tv is stastic you cant even watch it I guess that to prevent people from stealing the tv so I hope you come with own entertainment
   They currently have no hot water in some rooms not sure if its the whole building
   No breakfast as advertised on Priceline and booking.
   Disgusting walls with no smoke alarms which is probably illegal.
   My experience feels like forget you I’m charge what I want and if you don’t like it don’t stay.i don’t feel like it was worth my money and i don’t feel like they even care.
   If you book this place or stay here please read reviews and Beware.

2. Good afternoon!

   I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arriving at your hotel, I was shocked to find that you would give a customer a key to a dirty, stinky room. This was unacceptable and insulting.

   Room 210 was particularly bad and when I was told that breakfast was not being offered due to remodeling, I would not have eaten there regardless. When I raised the issue of the breakfast still being advertised on the website, I was told that you had asked other agencies to remove it but they refused. I find this incredibly frustrating and feel that you have not done anything to please a paying customer.

   Neither of the rooms I stayed in had bedspreads and the light fixtures were dangerous. This is a serious safety hazard that I believe the Fire Department would take very seriously. Additionally, the bathtub was filthy and it was unclear how anyone could have given a key to that room. Room 242 was not much better. There was no trash can, bedspread, or wardrobe. The faucet kept falling off in the tub and the shower was unusable. It is unacceptable for a room to be advertised as “remodeled” and to have outdated fixtures and such poor-quality amenities.

   The door to room 242 had a large gap in it which could have allowed bugs or other pests to enter. The lighting was inadequate/not working and the cable did not work. The pool had very little water and what was there was black. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel and feel that it should be shut down immediately. Many guests were leaving because of the poor conditions.

   I have already contacted Wyndham and am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Fire Department next. I will attach pictures of my complaints to these agencies so that they can see the state of your establishment.

3. Usually don’t write many reviews but I feel this one is needed. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Literally everything is stained and dirty. I particularly stayed in room 210 and its holes in the walls. The tub is dirty and stopped up. Lamp shades are missing or stained. There is nothing but sheets on the bed, no comforter. Everything just looks dirty and there is a smell. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Please book somewhere else.

4. I’ve never seen a Baymont this run down!!! Wyndham should be ashamed. I stayed in what they call a renovated room. They claim to have breakfast and coffee in the lobby and do not. No water in the pool and the ice machine doesn’t work. No coffee in the rooms either as described online. VERY MISLEADING!!!!! Towels and sheets should be thrown away stains cover them. No soap, filthy walls with who knows what on them. The TV picture is fuzzy. The lamps are rusty and the shades are filthy. No comforter or bed spread on the bed just sheets. No smoke alarm at all just wires hanging from the ceiling. The room stinks and the entry door from the outside has huge gaps you can see through. Looks like it’s been kicked in. Safety lock on the door is broken also. The pictures look nothing like the actual room. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt!!! BEWARE DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!!!

5. This place is terrible. The sheets were dirty so were the pillows. Thank goodness we brought our own blankets. This place is absolutely disgusting 🤢. Plus it says complimentary hot breakfast well what do you know they lied about that too. Absolutely worst place ever super disappointed in Wyndham. What a terrible way to start our family trip. Thanks for ruining the start of our family trip to Florida. Please I beg of you do not stay here you will regret it I promise. Stay away please find somewhere else to stay for the night. Oh plus there is no water in the pool. Stay away from this trash of a place.
