So I took in my dress I got from shien asked the lady if she can alter it. She told me she can fix it for my in laws wedding. I come back and my dress still isnāt fixed yet it fits good just not the back. She has great customer service she just doesnāt deliver when she says she doesā¦.
Have been using Barr Bros for 20+ years for all our formal needs. Currently sheās filling our quinceƱera needs. Would I recommend it: Yes
I had all 4 of my prom dresses from here and they always tailored my dress perfectly!! I always had to order my dresses from their catalogs and they always showed my family and I the utmost kindness and respect especially on dresses that I really wanted but were way out of my price range, they were great at finding one similar and even better sometimes š
Iāll definitely be going back for my very special day sometime in the future!
My son went back in may gave a 40 deposit for a tuxedo. He went today with a few other kids to pick up the tuxedos and dresses and to pay off the remaining balance. When they arrived two of the boys didnāt get their tuxedos because they were told they never gave the deposit. We showed them the bank statement where it clearly shows we paid them 40$. They finally after giving them a hard time are giving my son a tuxedo but not quite the same color. I called the store spoke to a girl who had horrible customer service and she told me I had to speak to Amparo. I waited 27 min before the girl got back on the phone with attitude and told me Amparo is busy with someone else and if I wanted to talk to her I need to leave a message. I said no Iāve been waiting for 30 min already and asked the girl for her name and she rufused to give it to me. Iām still on hold as I write this and have been on hold for now 51 min. Horrible customer service. I would stay as far as possible from this place if you ever think about renting from them. Two boys will have different tuxedos and 2 girls will have different dresses due to their ignorance. Poor customer service!! And now they just hung up on me.. they refuse to speak to me. So disappointing.
You definitely get what you pay for and LESS! . Highly unorganized & sloppy.
One good thing I can say was her employer, she was the sweetest gal but the owner herself Not so much
