I called Banks Quarles after first calling another local company (whose name begins with a “P”) and being quite disappointed with how unprofessional they were. I was able to get through to BQ immediately and give my information to the first person I spoke with and set up my appointment. I was quoted a diagnostic fee of $59. With company P, it was only going to be $50. However, with BQ, I was told that this fee would be applied to any service done if necessary, which apparently is not the case with company P. I was kept informed about my upcoming appointment via email and text. I also received a phone call when the technician was on his way. I even received an email containing a photo of my technician along with his profile. I live alone, so I really appreciated this extra step they took. My technician was Michael Rainey and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I did not incur any additional charges but decided to sign up for the yearly service plan they offer, as I also needed someone to service and maintain my HVAC system. I’m so glad that I didn’t have a great experience with company P so that I used Banks Quarles instead!
When our regular technician who we are very happy with (Nick Watkins) could not come, Michael McAdams came for the first time. He did a great job, resolved our problem and didn’t leave until we were totally satisfied. I appreciate knowing I can call Banks Quarles for reliable, competent technicians. Thanks!
