  1. Jessica is fantastic. This was my first time doing any kind of yoga and I was coming off a rough patch physically and emotionally so everything didn’t go as planned but she was patient and present throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her! 10 stars if I could!

    I wasn’t sure what to expect at first since I had never done yoga therapy before. However, it’s been a fantastic experience so far! Highly recommend for anyone in need of a little or a lot of healing!

    If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a private session. She walks you through each movement and brings peace to the session. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper Jessica has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.
