I went with one of my friends and we were in there for about 30 min and the whole time these girls at the counter were just gossiping and cussing the whole time. Very unprofessional. They do not care if anyone hears them talk about other people in that manner. It doesnât make me feel very comfortable coming in there as a customer. When I went to the back with my friend as she tried on dresses she said I couldnât go in there her which was fine. She left the bad where the dressing rooms were to go back up and gossip with the other girls at the counter. Then randomly she would run back there and stare at me. Nobody was going around asking if anyone needed help finding anything. These cashiers are very unprofessional and too comfortable. They need to be talked to about customer perception, and customer experience. Do better in hiring mean girls to work at your store. From what Iâve read this is not the first time these young ladies have acted like this. Time to take some action
I walked in a little after 7:20pm, right when I walked in one of the reps. by the name of Crystal told me the fitting rooms were closed. Then shortly after at 7:30pm went on to announce overhead that they would be closing in 10 minutes. They advertised to be open until 8pm. I approached the cash register and asked if the cashier by the name of Marina if they knew that they advertise to be open until 8pm. In short, she said they were aware but they would be closing around 7:50pm. I said oh ok because 10 minutes from now is 7:40pm. I thought that was an odd time to close. She went on into saying that if other stores around them closed early they would too. I looked across the way at the store The Time Machine which was still open with no signs of closing. I ended up leaving the store since I couldnât try anything on and they told me they do not do refunds. I came back to ask the girl for her name as I wanted to give the corporate office/owner some feedback and she initially refused to give me her name. She asked what I needed it for and if I had a problem. She was very rude and unprofessional.I said you work here right? Your working for the store as a representative, isnât it a common thing that people ask you your name? I asked if she was the manager she said both her and the cashier were managers. I also asked for the cashiers name and she refused to give me her name and said I could ask her myself. She eventually said her name was Cristina but another employee said it her name is Crystal. I asked for the ownerâs information and she said she could not give out that information. All in all this is a store with good clothing options but unfortunately the customer service has gone down the drain. I hope the owner reads this and takes it as an opportunity to make changes.
Workers try to boot you out early even though they are supposed to close at 8, speak very shortly to you as if they are annoyed at your presence. Not good customer service, which is the most important part of a retail workers job- I would know since I work in retail too and can recognize the âjust get out of the store already we donât careâ attitude.
Advise they get new managers. I Bought a pair of heels(mind you they even opened the box at cashier to make sure they were the same) i went home.. got dressed and there was TWO DIFFERENT HEELS.
Since i needed those heels for an occasion, i had no choice to buy other heels somewhere else near me same night.
whatever, i called the store after, spoke to âa managerâ and she was like i apologize we will either give you the correct shoe or just return it for a different item. i will leave a note.. I was like cool, they were super nice about it. THEY EVEN CALLED ME BACK TO EXPLAIN THAT.
Well i go to the store, i pick two items out and explained ill pay the difference since the manager said i can use these heels as a return. (SHE SAID YOU CAN EITHER GET THE CORRECT HEEL, OR RETURN IT FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT)
the cashier was cool but the MANAGER was like âim the only manager that works here and these are final sale. you cant get something differentâ ..
Um YOU GUYS SAID I CAN because you provided me with two different shoes. i drove 40 minutes to this mall, to have the manager not even listen she just kept saying âso do you want this heelâ.
unprofessional sorry.
I recommend that the cashiers learn to communicate when something is a final sale. I bought shirts for a friend for Christmas but they were the wrong size. When I tried to return the shirts with all the tags and receipt they said everything was a final sale. I wish I had known this at the point of purchase because then I wouldnât have wasted my time and I wouldnât be left with shirts that canât be worn. Communication with your customers should be a priority!
