1. Stayed here for one night for the Alabama v USF game and it was just what we needed. Conveniently located by the interstate and close to all main areas near the university. Hotel looks relatively new and everything was very clean- down to the tables in the lobby and the elevators. All the workers we ran into were very friendly and nice. Offers a free breakfast that has a variety of options. Also offers a 24/7, not your average coffee bar, which is amazing. It grinds the beans up before roasting. Rooms were very modern and updated. The bed was super comfy and had different pillow options. Shades are controlled by a switch and not the typical curtains and blinds. James, the manager, is exceptional and top notch. His customer service was amazing and he was so friendly and helpful. Consider staying here next time you’re in the area!!

2. I believe this is a newer hotel brand, and we like it!! We were heading back home to the great state of Texas🤠 and just needed a place to rest. The check-in time was fast and simple, it was just what we needed, and the price was right. The breakfast options were great for our family, (my kids dietary restrictions) ,clean rooms, and good service. I highly recommend.

3. The hotel was modern and clean. The staff were great too. I like that there is no carpet in the rooms that way there is no musty odor like other hotels. I like that there is Dove body wash, Dove shampoo and conditioner are provided on the wall in pumps for convenience. I was impressed by the Dove body lotion AND hand soap provided in pumps as well. I go to much more expensive hotels that never have pump hand wash! I dislike using bar soap to wash my hands but have no alternative unless I go to the store and buy some.
   You have to be mindful of is the room is modern but the king size room a bit smaller than usual. There isn’t an actual closet, no safe, or sofa bed. But if you’re going for a quick stay like I did, I wasn’t worried about it.
   Also, Breakfast is not a continental breakfast at all like you would get at another hotel Inn. It is literally grab and go. Don’t expect to make a waffle, get some eggs and bacon, etc. It is more like Individually wrapped Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits warmed up, Small individual cereal, boxes, yogurt, granola bars, small banana nut muffins, apples, and bananas. They did have omelettes that were made and individually wrapped, but my daughter said they were not good. I really hope that they would work on increasing the options and making it better for guests

   At the end of the day, the fact that it was very clean, had good staff, was in a great location, and a safe area was enough for me to really enjoy my stay.

4. James, the Gen.Mgr., is as good as they come. His staff reflect his professionalism and work ethic and customer service attitude. We’d never stayed in an AVID location before and this one is fairly new but I like the concept simple yet comfortable. Very Euro style accommodations. Recommend

5. James is great. Very friendly. Remembered us from our last stay there. Rooms are clean and modern even if the walls are a bit thin. Very weird and somewhat hard to drive to location, but the best hotel we have stayed at in Tuscaloosa by far.
