Her genuine concern for the tenants’ safety and well-being is truly remarkable. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels secure and valued! The apartment complex itself is beautifully maintained with modern amenities and a friendly community atmosphere. We also appreciate the spacious, well-designed apartments that offer comfort and convenience. Overall, Aviara Apartments is a fantastic place to live at! We would Highly recommend!

2. We had an exceptional experience with Jasmin, at Aviara Apartments in Mountain House. From the moment we toured the property, Jasmin went above and beyond! She provided detailed information about the apartments, the leasing process, answered all our questions with patience, and made the entire move-in process seamless. Her sweet demeanor made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to her, moving into our new unit was effortless.

   As for the place itself; new appliances, wood floors all around, and carpet in the bedrooms. An amazing view! The place is a gated community that offers an added layer of security and peace of mind, which I greatly appreciate. The amenities here are fantastic, from the modern fitness center to the beautifully maintained pool area, and a secured mail room! The overall safety and cleanliness of the property are exceptional.

   I highly recommend Aviara Apartments for anyone looking for top-notch service and a friendly, supportive, safe environment!

3. Shortly after we arrived for the tour we knew immediately we wanted the place. The process was seamless and Jasmine was so amazing, professional and patient. The complex is quiet and feels safe. We love the attentiveness to any concern we bring up and the kindness from the office staff. So glad we are here!

4. Aviara happens to be our first home in this country. We moved to the US recently, and the entire transition was made much easier thanks to the responsiveness and friendliness of Zac, Jasmine, and Monique. They not only answered all our queries but also provided a remote video tour of the apartment and its community. This place is quiet and safe, and it is accessible to major stores that cater to our daily needs. The premises are well kept. No complaints 🙂
