I have lived here for more than a year I live in apartment 1 it is horrible it is right on the corner and you can’t ever leave your windows. When you have your windows open it’s like your living room is right in the intersection. At night when I leave my windows open I can hear the street lights beeep beeep it now safe to cross California ughhh. I can’t wait to move.

If you have kids and expect them to go to a good school that is not that case there is a school across the street but it’s horrible if you really care about your child education this is not the school for you.

There is nothing exciting about this apartment defiantly not worth the rent. Better to pay more and live comfortably.

Also they have a pool that’s not regularly cleaned. The have a suanna but the management is too cheap to fix it. There is no restroom at the pool available so you and your guest have to go in your place to use the restroom while using the pool.
