I recently had a maintenance appointment with Javier from the AVA team, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Javier arrived promptly this morning and efficiently addressed all the issues in my apartment. He repaired my faucet, AC ventilation system, cupboards, and doors, ensuring everything was in perfect working order before he left. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

I had a maintenance appointment with Rodrigo and Lily, they came to check on the fire detectors in my apartment that would keep turning on making a lot of noise when cooking. Both, Rodrigo and Lily were super sweet and very professional. They provided a very timely service, fast and efficient. Today I was unable to enter my apartment due to to doorknob not having enough battery. I approached Lily from maintenance for help and she quickly tried to figure out the problem. Rodrigo also from maintenance came by and I was able to get into my apt. They are both so so helpful and extremely friendly. Thank you both so much!!
I appreciate Christian Penado and Lilly, Maintenance Technicians, for repairing the garbage disposal and washing machine. They were so professional and personable during their visit. They also tighten the faucet head and gave me another drainer for the sink. Christian scheduled an appointment for the washing machine after his diagnosis. I appreciate their warmth and kindness during their visit which shows appreciation for another persons home. Thanks Christian and Lilly!!
Lilly from maintenance is soo fast and efficient. She came to fix one problem for me and was able to fix a second one VERY quickly. I was worried I was going to have to stick around for a while on Saturday morning for her to finish but it was less than 30 minutes.
