1. I moved to the property in June 2024. This review is directed at my interactions with management and staff. Both, management and staff, have been very pleasant to work with and attentive to community issues as they arise. The management was very easy to work with on the move-in side and to answer questions during the move-in phase, and staff has been very prompt in returning emails and responding to service and other non-essential requests. The staff also has been very helpful when I email requests for assistance with printing needs. The management has also been very attentive to community livability issues. Overall, my experience has been very positive at AVA.

2. I have been living at AVA for close to 2 months now and this is hands down the best management team I have had the pleasure of working with. Shout out to Brian! We had a small concern that needed attention from management, and even though it wasn’t a big deal, he ensured that we had our needs met by continuing to follow up until our issue had been resolved. Truly incredible service from not only him but the entire team. Robert, our leasing agent, was also able to provide us with a seamless move-in experience, top-notch customer service, and an incredible personality to boot.

   And of course, the property is beautiful. They have a large staff that ensures the property stays clean and well maintained. I use the gym and pool quite frequently and it is always in tip top shape (I am currently writing this while relaxing in their Cabanas). This property is fairly new, so there are no complaints about our apartment. Appliances are brand new and in great condition.

   My last notable remark has to be the level of security that they provide. They have 24/7 security that I see constantly making rounds throughout the hallways and parking garage levels which truly gives a sense of safety and peace of mind.

   Overall, I would recommend AVA to anybody looking to move into DTLA. you would not regret it.

3. I’ve been living here for about four months now, and it has been a great experience! The cleanliness of the entire complex is impressive, and the amenities are top-notch. As someone who works from home, I particularly appreciate the well-maintained gym and the various areas throughout the complex designed for remote work.

   The staff’s availability and responsiveness are remarkable. They promptly address any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free living experience. A special shout-out to Nieves, Vanessa, Brian, Anthony, and all the amazing staff! Y’all are truly great and have made my time here exceptional.

   Overall, living here has been wonderful, and I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and professionally managed place to call home.

4. My experience with AVA management team was great. Especially Brian was superb in every single way. He is friendly and very professional, making the leasing process simple and easy.

   Also the building has super nice amenities and surrounded by hip restaurants and cafes in Arts District. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to live in one of the best apartments!

5. Ava in the arts district got it right in terms of luxury living. I’ve never left a review for a move in experience but this was absolutely necessary. I love the building amenities and how CLEAN everything is. Our unit is beautiful and the finishes are great quality. It’s SAFE and secure. Maintenance is prompt. I have zero complaints. My boyfriend and I are loving it here!

   Special shout out to Vanessa (who is literally the sweetest gem , prompt and responsive) as well as the rest of the leasing team. They were all extremely professional and provided great assistance during our initial tour to move in process.
