This auto repair shop is outstanding!! We called them when stranded in LA with car troubles with our 2009 VW Beetle on a road trip from Northern California. Mike said without hesitation “Come on in, we’ll take care of you”. And they did, despite being very busy! Alex analyzed methodically and was a great communicator. These mechanics run a great shop, and have so much expertise! A couple of hours later we were able to drive home with no problems. So grateful for Alex and the team – these Angelenos truly care!
These guys are amazing. Just happened to walk in since it’s the closest shop to my apartment and they’ve done wonders for my car. Completely replaced my front end body and fixed minor mechanical issues and always gave me honest, fair advice. Mike and Alex are the best car guys I’ve ever come across. Mike is so understanding and will help and work with you if you’re in a bind, like I was lol. And Alex is always willing to fix little issues I’m having and get me back on the road in a snap. The highest of recommends. Will be going back for years to come.

I had an unbelievable experience with them. I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra to get it fixed after an attempted break-in. When they were submitting the damages to the insurance, the insurance only covered part of the repair damages, not everything. However, they went the extra mile and fixed my steering column despite it not being covered by insurance free of charge. It was an incredibly generous gesture on their part. I will be going to them for all my car needs in the future!
The worst imaginable experience. I took my car in for some rear suspension work. I was quoted a price and time. After the week they said it would take, I get a call saying it’s gonna be a lot more work and money. It took a week to figure that out. They ended up almost doubling the price and extended the time twice more. The first time, when they told me the car would be ready, I showed up. AND THE CAR WASNT READY!!! I then had to make sure it was ready the next time. I had to be the one following up with them, making sure it was gonna be ready. When I got my car, the welding job they did was HORRIFIC. They definitely don’t know how to weld. The work was poor, the service was even worse. It’s places like this people fear and should definitely avoid. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a different shop. This definitely isn’t the one you wanna go to.
