Counting the days until this man closes shops and retires
Got charged $90 for a $40 oil change Man made me walk across the street to go get my own oil because he didn’t have the right oil didn’t even prorate me. Do not recommend them and then I had to pay to dispose of the oil, which is understandable if you’re doing an oil change, but he charged me for two oil changes and look me in the face and said is not my responsibility to carry your oil.
Got there at 4 o’clock on a Thursday I asked the man do y’all have enough time to give me an oil change and check my transfer case he kept looking up at the clock like he has somewhere to go you run a business every customer should be treated equally as if they were just opening at 7:30 in the morning
Reminder, I asked him if they had time to give me an oil change…
Excellent service and friendly people. Stopped in to figure out fluid leak. They got it up on lift and checked out all possibilities. Will be back and recommend others.

I shared my daughter and I experience a couple weeks ago don’t see my post ,so I am posting again .Do not trust Auburn Tire ,I will make it short keep my daughter car for Weeks and paid 700 hundred dollars they charge 200’for a scan and still could not tell you what the problem.saying we don’t know what the problem is so I’m just saying Auburn Tire will rip you off . I am going to Better Business Bureau And will be seeking help with in Auburn to someone who can air our complaint .don’t want any one else to go through what we experience
Brought my truck in due to a coolant leak and they diagnosed it and replaced my water pump, belt and thermostat and it’s running much better, very pleased with all the work they did & do on my personal vehicle & my company truck!
Definitely recommend!
