My husband and I went in to the store today to upgrade our current phones and add another phone to our account. Brandon was working the store alone as the other associate had just left for her lunch break. As he was assisting us, new customers were consistently entering the store. Brandon greeted each one and assisted them as well. His customer service skills and multitasking skills are outstanding.
My score is for the service received by Stephen at the Dothan store, not for the AT&T as a whole.
Contacted AT&T customer service on multiple occasions, was on hold for over a hour each time, yet no resolve. Went into the Dothan store in hopes to pinpoint billing and service issues that customer service failed to address.
Stephen was very helpful and courteous as he addressed our concerns. Unfortunately, he was unable to process a refund as the loyalty department is the only group that can handle that. Really wish AT&T would empower authorized retailers to assist customers with refunds. Contacting customer service is a lengthy process as mentioned. Made the attempt to contact them while in AT&T to find the loyalty department was closed after roughly 1hr 30min of being passed around to different departments. AT&T’s phone tree is not customer focused.
Stephen maintained professionalism the entire time and never appeared annoyed nor rushed us out the door. I appreciate his kindness. AT&T really should revisit its policies to offer better customer support to in-store customers and stop with the phone tree run around.
This is now my second time in this Location and it has been the best experience with any att location I’ve had. Went in to find out what’s going on with Direct TV. Though they couldn’t tell me much they were able to pull up information about it help me better understand what the issue was. The staff here are always the best. Thank you
We came into at&t to merge my account with my husband and decided to add a couple watches to out plan. Brandon helped out us tremendously. He answered all of our questions making everything seamless for the transition. He was very kind and extremely helpful. Definitely recomened coming to this store and asking for him.
Stephen was PHENOMENAL, he broke down my phone plan into words I could understand, he helped me with updates on mine and my husband’s phones, and an add on for our daughter. Whenever I have I question or concern I go straight to him and he helps me out with no hesitation. by fair the kindest customer service I have received in all my time of having a phone. 10/10 would definitely recommend him as someone to handle your account. 😁
