The young lady that helped me, Santanna, was so friendly and very efficient and knowledgeable. I shared with her what I needed and explained I was on a limited time frame because of work. She had me in and out in under 15 minutes with everything taken care of. She made sure I understood everything and even told me I could call or come back in to see her if I needed help once I left with my new device. She is truly an asset to your company.
The service was friendly, the associates were very knowledgeable. It took ,of course, longer than I thought it would, but , I am impatient. The time I spent there was very pleasant and I even felt pampered by the service I received. Thanks so much to the staff. I dreaded going to the phone store and I am now not sure why. Awesome, really, I have never experienced a phone store trip like this.
I was surprised and somewhat shocked at the high quality service I received during my visit. The employees went out of their way, working with their home office to get my phone serviced switched over. This level of service was not what I expected. The treated me very well and made sure I left with working equipment. This is a contrast to the past with different staff when I would be sent out with a number to call.
Richard was very professional and helpful. Despite being the only representative in the store, he remained focused and engaged with the multiple customers he assisted. His level of customer service is admirable and most welcoming!
Have always experienced wonderful help, great customer service, warm friendly faces and experiences..the true small town experience from every one. However today called in and spoke with David of which this being my first time he was very rude, short, and unhelpful, I asked to speak with someone else repeatedly which he denied and said other help was unavailable. Would not want to change companies if based on his customer service example.
