1. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my life. I came here, 2 hour drive from Florida, to get TSA precheck with a scheduled appointment. I’m waiting and waiting and then I hear a woman on the phone talking about how their system is down. so, their system went down and they didn’t share that with us. They eventually said “we don’t know when it will be back up, best we can do is have you come back tomorrow morning”. I asked them if they could help me get a local appointment and they said NOPE. I understand the system going down was not their fault but they totally could’ve been more compassionate and helpful considering the people in the lobby traveled hours to get there. A simply apology and acknowledge of the inconvenience would’ve helped.

2. Bad experience working with Atlas industries,they will lie to you saying , you will be gone out of town for weeks . In reality you only be there maybe 1or 2 days out. That’s to you excited and to keep contract with there clients. And oh no don’t get into any kind of trouble while out. They will Abandon you. caught a misdemeanor $100 the bond.

3. Completed TSA Pre-Check at this location. They got me in and out quickly even before my appointment time.

4. Con artists and liars, they go back on their word constantly. They do not follow safety procedures, got us kicked off a job because of it. They are exactly like any trash temp agency but present themselves as better. They also knowingly lie to unemployment probably thinking you’ll go away but I won’t.

5. They lie they are con artists they say your going to make $30 a hr during the week your doing training for the job site they are placing you on and then don’t pay you for 3 weeks and when they do pay you it is at minimum wage not the 30 they promise you I would give them negative trillion stars if I could stay away
