Not a genuine operating system. Windows was not activated. Business would not believe me that it was never activated. I contacted Microsoft support and they said there was never a license associated with the hardware. Business would not provide activation information. DO NOT TRUST! It shouldn’t matter the order was made over 2 months ago, a business should have your back with the operating system. I only just now became aware of it because the laptop didn’t pass inspection when applying for a job. If it ever was really activated, it should be no problem supporting a customer with reactivation. As I said DO NOT TRUST!
I just recently bought a Dell Latitude laptop for 169.95, I waited 8 days for it to be delivered to me and when I opened it up it was the wrong model and it had scratches all over it and it didn’t even turn on. I tried charging it twice but it still wouldn’t work. I called the owner and they promised me a refund once I sent the computer back to them and they never gave me my refund. Now they have the computer and all of my money and I have nothing to show for it. I will be reporting this corrupt business to my bank and to the federal trade commission for robbing my account. They took the money off my debit card on March 25, 2024 and they still have not refunded me the money and I have bank statements to prove this. I also have receipts and other documentation to prove this. This company is a fraud do not do business with them they will scam you like they did me and then they will lie about their dirty business deeds and blame the customers. They will dumb down the charges so they look innocent. This company is doing dirty business and needs to be shut down and needs to be held criminally responsible for all of its customers that it’s scamming.
Do not, I repeat do not do business with this company they are major scam artist.
Bought a laptop from them via Walmart it stopped working battery is faulty so I bought a new one and the laptop loads slow. If I could give a negative zero I would because they were rude when I explained the issue. I’ll eat the cost because it’s 110 but going forward I’ll be more careful with buying 3rd party devices from Walmart.
These guys really are top notch. I came in looking for a power cord for my son’s laptop. They had it and gave the laptop a quick charge. All for $30.00, great price. They also carry laptops and custom gaming PC’s for sale.
The manager was really helpful with all my questions.
I highly recommend you check them out.
I ordered the wrong merchandise, so I canceled my order on 08/22/2024. Later that day my money was back in my account. Thanks again
