I have been using Art Douglas Plumbing for over 20 years. They are very reliable, extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I called on a Friday afternoon with a clogged bathtub issue that another company could not fix. The very polite gentleman on the phone asked if I needed someone ASAP. I told him it could wait until Monday. He said they could have someone out here tomorrow morning. Erik showed on time, explained everything he was doing and was pleasant. He tried a couple of things the other company never even tried. After about 45 minutes or so, the drain was working!! Thank you Art Douglas plumbing and Erik!!. I also bought some cleaner to put down my pipes because they are old. It worked!! You guys are the best!! I will be calling you for all my HVAC and plumbing needs from now on.
Raul Garcia was fantastic! He met me with a smile. He scolded me nicely for waiting so long to have some service. But was a gentleman about it and was correct. Very thorough and helpful! Unlike another plumbing company I had come out for an estimate, Art Douglas technician went into the crawl space to check my Roman bathtub drain. That drain had been replaced 4 years ago and was not leaking despite my contractor telling me it was. Art saved me a lot of money!
