Pros: Safe, great amenities, pleasant staff, love the complimentary hot drink area (coffee-tea…), views are amazing, Whole Foods is, literally, a 2 minute walk, exercise room-nice, pool/jacuzzi-nice, parking-great, pool tables…love it!
Cons: Garbage chute door is difficult to open, and as a result garbage is left on the floor in the designated trash room(s); which causes odors to linger in the hallways and the apartment(s), should have some type of air freshener scent to combat the smell, which is not very pleasant. So, out of a 10, 10 being good, I give it an 8.5.

Love the Arq. Been living here for close to a year and it has been a very pleasant experience overall. The amenities and staff make living here very comfortable. Mila makes sure to organize fun events for the community and goes out of her way to check in and make sure all the tenants are enjoying their residency. I plan to renew the lease!
