1. Brianna recently helped me and my family buy our new home in San Ramon. DeAnna has set up a trustworthy practice with Armario Homes and a good team including her family members. Brianna was quick, dependable and helpful during entire process. She fairly represented our needs and helped negotiate a good deal for us. She was proactive and has good local knowledge. 2. Brianna did an excellent job with helping us to sell our house. She is so easy to work with and super friendly. She is very communicative and accommodating. She did an amazing job with preparing the house for sale, organizing open houses, and working with our buyer’s agent. She sold our house quickly and got us a result that was better than expected! 5. It’s been great working with Brianna and Deanna!! We met them first at one of the open homes in our community. They both are wonderful ladies. We were not very actively searching for our next house but looked around on and off. However, they both kept in touch with us for a few years. Finally, they informed us about a house that was coming up in the market soon which met some of our criteria. Both Brianna and Deanna were really good in communicating with us throughout the process. They were also very accommodating to show us the house at night so we could see how it looked with the artificial lighting. We also wanted to bring our kids before making the final decision and they were very encouraging and accommodating. Rashmi judge is another team member who we met during the process and she was also very helpful. I like their energy and desire to help their clients the best way possible. We decided to move forward putting an offer on the house and closed it recently. The entire process was great! What I also really admire about Brianna and Deanna that based on our special request for some specific reasons, they made themselves available on Mother’s Day to hand us over the house key. I think that was amazing and wonderful of them to make it happen! It’s been great working with this team and we would definitely recommend them for their real estate services to our friends and family!!
