  1. Drew was incredible at this Aritzia location, she is efficient and takes initiative to make sure that I love every possible item. No amount of steps are too many for her and you can tell she truly cares.

Her taste is impeccable, I would fully trust her to style me head to toe.

  2. My sister bought me a $60 bodysuit from here as a birthday gift. I tried it on and it was too small, tried returning and was told that bodysuits are final sale for ā€œhygienic reasonsā€ even though she paid full price, I had the receipt, it was purchased 3 days ago (well within who day return window), tags are still on and it had never been worn. How is me trying a bodysuit on at home any less hygienic than trying on in a dressing room? Itā€™s not final sale in the dressing room. Girl was extremely rude about it.

Aritziaā€™s return policy online also mentions nothing about this.

  3. I recently visited Aritzia and had a deeply disappointing experience. The employees were incredibly rude and unfriendly. To make matters worse, I overheard them talking behind a customerā€™s back, who happened to be my sister. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected better from a store that prides itself on customer service. I wonā€™t be returning anytime soon and would caution others about the poor treatment we received.

  4. The changing rooms have no mirrors :(. There is only one large mirror outside the changing area and it is very uncomfortable to have to use the same mirror along with everyone else while peopleā€™s significant others and parents are also there. It is like a little lobby with one mirror. I appreciate privacy while trying on clothes and this really hurts the experience. I am less likely to purchase anything under these circumstances.

  5. I would say that this establishment is an interesting one to visit when it comes to wanting clothing that will fit and be accessible. But the most overall wretched part of the experience were the customer service team. We felt as if they were being car salesman and choking clothing down our neck. I believe they need to restructure their staff in terms of how they drive sales and customer service. I believe this establishment needs a real awakening.

    cute clothes thoā€¦
