The storeâs customer service is 100% complete opposite experience I get in Vancouver. No one greeted me as I came into the store. Was looking thru merchandise and was hoping I could find some sold out items in Vancouver at this store in Hawaii. There were sales associates on their phones and chatting with each other.
I was looking for a specific product and size, no one helped me.
I asked a sales who was folding clothes at a display table if they had a specific item. She said no and then turned around and continued to fold clothes. Didnât offer any alternative options, didnât ask if I needed help with anything else. Just ânoâ and continued folding clothes.
As a frequent customer, this is by far the worst experience at this store and complete opposite of what you would get in Greater Vancouver (where the brand is founded).
This store is only a month or so new! Excited for this Canadian based retailer to come to Honolulu. Lots of high quality brands from all over the world sold here. On the pricey side (this whole outfit I have on cost ~$350).
Excellent , 5 star customer service and staff. Super friendly and helpful. Ming was my stylist, but other workers were quick to also help me as I needed. (Thank you Ming!đ)
Beautiful modern, tropical decor throughout. Lots of detail to all the senses to keep your shopping experience pleasant.
Only constructive criticism I will share is that the mirrors for the fitting rooms were outside/shared as opposed to inside your changing room/stall.
Felt like we were looked at differently because we werent tourists. We were being watched and talked about as if we were shop lifting. The girl straight up asked my wife if she had her size, instead of asking if we needed help, making her feel uncomfortable.
Do not buy anything online from this store!!! The photos are not accurate. These clothes have to be tried on. Theyâre inconsistent. I bought a few of the silk shirts in the past and was happy with them. I received a marketing email with sale items and clicked to check them out. I saw the same shirts that I paid over $100 each for were on sale so I decided to get a few more in different colors. I know the shirt and size because I already have the same exact shirt. But this wasnât the case. When they arrived and I tried them on, these shirts have a new breast seam by the armpit. It looks terrible and is so uncomfortable. They added this seam and ruined the shirts. I also got a short sleeve version that looked like the sleeves went down to the elbow in the photo. When I put it on, it looked like an oversized tank top. I went to return the items and they refused. Even brand new, tags intact, you canât return sale items. That is so ridiculous. I will never shop here again.
I do have to say that the employee who helped me was very friendly and told me that I could sell these items on Poshmark.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Spencer on Monday. My first time shopping at Aritzia was nothing short of amazing. Spencer was incredibly professional, kind, and honest while helping me shop. I thoroughly appreciate Spencerâs opinion on different styles I was trying on and how he wasnât trying to sell me something but truly wanted me to feel good and look good in what I was trying on. Thank you, Spencer, for making my first time at Aritzia a great experience! You are a gem.
