I had an amazing experience at the same-day appointment like an hour after I called the guy came and he fixed everything so beautifully took his time and it was so reasonably priced from the last time I had Sears come out they didn’t fix anything that was broken so it’s been about eight years since then I just decided today they really came through for me
Fixed our dryer when another service tried to fix it and failed. On time and communicated well with the repairs and cost.
Ethan was an excellent service person. We worked well together. He was courteous and new his job. Problem fixed in good time especially since he had to order parts
I’d like to get more info. on the 3 month warranty that comes with my fix please. I forgot to ask the repair guy but he was very fast, efficient and straight to the point. 💯 His name was Victor, and he was professionally friendly. Knew what he was there for and got the job done. Started out as an assessment, and then luckily, for the repair needed he already had the part so i was super juiced to get it fixed immediately. Thank you Victor! You saved me a trip today to the wash house which gave me extra time to relax too. Lol
We have a baby and toddler and use cloth diapers, so when our dryer broke, I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. It was a late Monday afternoon by the time I realized the dryer was broken and was relieved to get a diagnostics appointment the next day. Victor was early which I was pleasantly surprised by. He ordered parts for the fix and on Friday returned (also early!) to do the repair. Our dryer works great now and I am happy with the repair job, and that we can keep our faithful dryer instead of sending it to the landfill. I don’t have much experience getting repairs done so don’t know how their prices compare to other repair shops, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
