Went here for a couple of switches for my in-laws old stove range that wasnât working. They had exactly what we needed, I bought their last 2 infinity switches and installed them at their home with a new element and now range elements all heat up and work fantastic. The switches and element were priced well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I recommend this store for hard to find old appliance parts!
My 12 year old Whirlpool Duet washing machine went out for the first time ever, throwing a couple of error codes. Based on some quick googling, it seemed most likely the Motor Control Board had failed. I called Appliance Parts Company on a Saturday afternoon. Johnathan helped me out. He was very friendly and polite. They did not have the part in stock, but were able to get it the next business day at an extremely competitive price. The part showed up when Johnathan said it would and my washing machine is back in service just a couple of days later! Repair donât replace! đ€
I went here to get parts for a Maytag washer. The parts came the next day, and the prices were as good or better than other stores and online. John was incredibly nice and helpful. When my first replacement part didnât work due to a poor design by the manufacturer (Maytag), John gave me a great deal on another one even though it was the manufacturerâs fault for a bad design. He really didnât have to do this, but the fact that he did shows the integrity of this business. This is a really great store, and it will be the first place I go next time I need appliance parts.

I needed a refrigerator door seal replaced and was told that it would cost $300 to replace it so I should just buy a new refrigerator!!! What?!! I donât think so Tim! So I did me some web searches and found out that it only takes about 1/2 hour start to finish to do it myself. Me being the gear head that I am called Appliance parts Co. and ordered a new seal. Whatâs super amazing about this place is that they are very knowledgeable about parts. The person I spoke with on the phone found the part in no time flat and ordered it for me with out even asking for a C.C. #
Later I remembered that I have a broken pull out in my other refrigerator so I decided to go to the store and talk with them. When I got there I was greeted with smiles and âlong story shortâ he ordered the pull out drawer in 5 min after giving him the make and model. PEOPLE, PLACES LIKE THIS ARE LIKE TRYING TO FIND A NEEDLE IN A HAY STACK, THEY ARE SO HARD TO FIND âthanks to the internetâ PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM AS THEY ARE A RARE COMMODITY THAT WE ALL NEED.
This place is an absolute gem. I drove 100 miles round trip to get a part I needed for my dryer. They had two versions in stock, checked my part and made a perfect match. Their price was so much better then the manufacturer web offer, I still came out ahead! The people at the store are just great, super friendly, professional and clearly have expertise. Absolutely top recommendation.
