I flew down from Seattle to visit this store and it was 100% worth it. My Viking range, Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, and Thermador microwave arrived in excellent condition, and very carefully packaged for shipping.

What makes a place is the people.
The owner is right there and his crew is helpful and knowledgeable.
And did I mention the prices are just great.
They show you straight forward small scratches and dings but honestly it took me a few moments to see them. Almost invisible.
But half the price with warranty.
Definitely a keeper. Will surely give them first shot when we need a new appliance.

Buyer beware-this company does not stand by their products, when faulty they do not take responsibility for broken/ faulty appliances. They also no showed twice for repairs and when we repeatedly asked for necessary repairs within their time frame the owners and repair person were resistive. It was the worst experience we have had with an appliance company and it’s worth buying from a truly reputable company with some level of honest personnel.
