The BEST service in and around the area by far. This is the only place I trust to get my appliances, trust with questions about my appliances, and the only place I trust to fix my appliances. Today, I came home to my refrigerator making loud noises, it’s summer and they’re busy, but Jim talked us through what it could be and what to do.
And I refrigerator isn’t mad anymore!!

I really like the way Larry treated me. He was very knowledgeable about the refrigerators and their prices are VERY reasonable. They also have 3 or 4 plans to make payments easy…without interest! Also, they don’t charge to take away your old fridge! Which the name brand stores charge $55! They will bring the new fridge and set it up a day or 2 days after purchasing it, while other stores take almost a week to deliver the new one. I am very happy with the Appliance Showroom👍👍😁
Purchased my washing machine from here to support a local company. Washing machine does not fit properly in drain pan (cannot access the filter clean out). Incorrect information and advice has been repeatedly given. They were going to charge $300 to take washer out to put the proper drain pan in (that I purchased). Terrible service. Mr Soares obviously does not care about his customers!
Two weeks without a washer, asked for repair as I’m 85,don’t drive and need a washer.Bought a set 10 months ago new. Seems very slow service. Gal said the service delivery parts are slow,kick it in the speed mode.Its Sat ,no call or help
A few days ago I went in for a washer, the owner showed me to a few washers, but I wanted something that was really going to last so I asked what he used in his home and he said only speed queen. I told him it was a little out of budget, but he showed me to one with a tiny ding that was 100$ off, and told me about their financing offers. We decided to take the plunge and get it, after finding out they are built to last 25 years, and come with a 7 year maintenance and part warranty! My washer has always had to be installed sideways instead of parallel to the dryer (it normally faces it) because of how the drain was installed, and I have always hated it. To my pleasant surprise the installation men were able to set it front facing! They were quick, kind, and professional. Overall the experience was an A++ and I will be going back for a matching dryer next year! I heavily recommend them!
