  1. We visited this Apple Store for the first time on a Sunday evening for an Apple Vision Pro appointment. The team was very busy and could not serve us on time. So, we came by later and explained to the manager the dilemma, and he immediately scheduled us an additional appointment. The entire team worked so well to make our experience extraordinary! We are extremely grateful for this Apple Store and these specific members- Bill, Tre, Liz!

  2. Went in the store but met with attitudes, and tats. All I can recommend is for those who are reading my review has similar concerns, make a call to apple support, and create a ticket/case to escalate. Do not direct to store managers, nor ask for a supervisor, they are common root of every problm of this location, your genuine feedback will be trashed and magically closed by itself.

Whilst I feel some employees in this apple store may still holding up to the good faith, the image is vastly misrepresented by a smaller group of entitled, ego, tats, hate young men in this store. Apple, do you hear the message?

  3. GENIUS BAR STAFF BROKE MY MACBOOK AND ASKED ME TO PAY $1400 TO REPAIR IT.

I scheduled a Genius Bar appointment to clean my MacBook keyboard because one key was a little sticky, but everything was working fine. After their cleaning, my shift key started sticking all the time, and the return key became completely unresponsive.

When I returned to the store the next day, I was shocked by their response. The Genius Bar staff refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the new issues. Instead, they insisted I had no proof that their service caused the problem. To make matters worse, they asked me to pay $1,400 to repair the damage they caused.

The attitude of the store manager and the lead technician was incredibly disappointing. They were unhelpful and dismissive, showing no willingness to investigate or resolve the issue they created.

  4. Very slow, despite having so many employees. Apple used to be very different, with outstanding customer service and support. Now I’m thinking of switching to another company. I never thought I’d say this, but Apple’s best days are really over.

  5. This Apple Store needs more training or improved customer service. I barely experience lousy service at Apple, but this one will be on the top list.

Staff with iPads in the front chat do not care about customers. Just say hi like robots but not come up to ask if they need anything. I had to approach them and ask for help. Long wait to purchase a new iPhone. No one informs you of anything.

I had difficulty experiencing a disabled staff since it was my first time, and I didn’t know how to handle this. It put me in a challenging situation and took me longer to purchase. It was hard to communicate and get help. I felt lost at this store. However, I appreciate that Apple still offers an equal working environment!

To compensate for the bad experience, the guy who worked at the Set up department/table and picks up area was offered a better and more caring service than the rest.
